James started his work as an analyst at a boutique investment firm before joining a trading floor as a sell-side equity derivatives trader at a local financial institution. His last work was working as buy-side trader in Singapore before starting LETs with his partners.

From the same Alma mater as James, Parin followed his passion in Aerospace and first started his job as a software engineer, space system. Later, He pursued a younger and more challenging frontier working as a machine learning engineer before starting LETs with his partners. Currently, Parin holds a master's degree in financial technology.
